Returns

New (unworn) clogs or sandals may be returned for full credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please include your name, address and telephone number with the return in case we need to reach you. No credit will be issued for ACTUAL shipping and handling charges. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.

Actual shipping charges

Since we are subsidizing the freight, the ACTUAL FREIGHT may be higher then charged on the initial shipment. To find the real charge please go to UPS.com and find the true cost of shipping to your destination.

Clogs that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.

Refunds

Please, allow up to 7 business days once the package is received back at our warehouse for us to begin the refund process.

Credit Card Customers Please Note:

Once the refund is issued by Blue Bell Imports Ltd and is not immediately reflected on your Credit Card Statement, please call your Credit Card Company for refund verification. (Sometimes your Credit Card Company will not show the refund until 2 billing cycles later, this does not mean necessarily that the refund has not been issued.)

Tips for fitting of clogs

Most clogs are unisex and women with large feet can easily wear men's sizes.

Open Backed Clogs should be worn with the heel at the very back of the clog and the heel can also be slightly over the back end of the clog.

Closed Backed Clogs will keep the clog from easily slipping off. But remember that the heel still must have space to freely move up and down to prevent blisters.

Heel Strapped Clogs can be worn both with the strap as a decoration on top of the clogs or put behind the heel to prevent the clogs from sliding off.
