We provide UPS shipping to Canada and the 48 contiguous United States via regular ground shipping via UPS. All orders received will be shipped within 5 days provided that they are in stock.

We ship international orders via the Canadian Postal Service. The shipping fees will be added to your order. For an estimate of the fees, go to the Canadian Postal Service web site at www.canadapost.ca. This site will help you determine shipping costs and estimated shipping time. All international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
For an additional fee we provide expedited shipping via UPS or Federal Express. Please email your request to our customer service department at sales@bluebellimports.com. These fees will be added to your original order amount and charged to your credit card at the time of shipping. For an estimate of the fees, go to the UPS site at www.ups.com or the FedEx site at www.fedex.com. These sites will help you determine shipping costs and estimated shipping time.
The average weight of a pair of clogs, including the shipping box, is 3 lbs or 1.5 kg. Please note the exact weight per item on our web site. Our shipping warehouse is located in Nanoose Bay, B.C., Canada.
When you checkout our virtual cashier calculates shipping charges (if applicable) for you automatically based on weight and destination and will display your options in a drop down box.
With UPS Ground please allow 4 to 8 days for shipping transit time.
